Quotations and specifications
Prices, taxes, delivery charges, inclusions and timelines are those confirmed in the applicable quotation or order communication. Website prices may relate to a standard specification; customization can change the final price.
Design approval
The buyer is responsible for checking names, numbers, spelling, colours, dimensions, logos and artwork before approval. Manufacturing follows the approved design and specification subject to practical production tolerances.
Customer artwork and rights
By supplying a logo, character, image or text, the buyer confirms they are authorized to use it. Ganesh Sky Balloon may refuse content that appears unlawful, unsafe or unauthorized.
Payment, production and delivery
Payment stages and the production start are confirmed with the order. Delays caused by missing approval, incomplete information, payment, carrier disruption or events outside reasonable control may extend the timeline.
Product use
Products must be installed, operated, supervised, maintained and stored appropriately for their type. The buyer is responsible for site suitability, local permissions and safe use.
