Custom products
Custom size, print, logo, colour, character or made-to-order products are produced specifically for the buyer. After design or production approval, they normally cannot be returned for a change of mind. A verified manufacturing issue will be reviewed against the approved specification.
Standard products
Do not send a product back without written approval. Contact the team with the order reference, reason and clear photos. Eligibility depends on product condition, use, packaging and the confirmed order terms.
Damage or incorrect supply
Report the issue promptly after delivery with unboxing evidence, product photos and shipping label details. The team will review whether repair, replacement, part support or another resolution is appropriate.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation depends on whether procurement, artwork, printing or manufacturing has started. Approved refunds are returned through an agreed method after applicable deductions communicated during review. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.
